This may not always be your issue but here is a couple of hints and tips before you reset everything
- make sure your devices date and time is set correctly
- make sure your’ file download interval’ is set to every start
- Try changing Guide XMLTV Source and Interval to every start and load the guide then you can change back if it works
- make sure your ISP safe guards are off as some like virgin block the data pull Click here for more info.
Finally as a last resort you can try reseting the EPG data if that doesn’t work you will have to reset Everythin.
